Week 4-BALT 4361- Using AI for tracking expenses

I wanted to save more money and get better with budgeting. So, I asked ChatGPT to create a data for a whole year's expenses for food and then give me the average, so I know how much I am spending per month on food.

Here's what ChatGPT gave me.

 ChatGPT also made a spreadsheet.

I asked ChatGPT how to do this myself. It told me to create a 12-month food expenses report with an average in Excel or Google Sheets, open the application and create two columns labeled "Month" and "Food Expenses." In the "Month" column, enter the months from January to December. In the "Food Expenses" column, input the corresponding expenses for each month. Once I've entered the data, select an empty cell beneath the expenses, and use the formula to calculate the average of the 12-month expenses. This formula will give me the average value of the food expenses in the selected range. Finally, label this value by typing "Average" in the adjacent cell. Optionally, I can generate random food expense data using the formula to fill in the expenses and drag it down the column to automatically populate the values.
